Frieza 17 is the planet home to the Frost Demons. A planet known for its cold climate, the planet is dominated mostly by mountains and snowy regions. Many different species who serve the Frost Demons are also stationed here, all working to further the Frost Empire. Frieza 17 is a rather brutal place to be and live; it isn't uncommon for people to be vaporized on the spot just because someone got annoyed.

On this planet, a set of Dragonballs were created for the planet's people to use as they please. However, the Dragonballs were overused to the point where a Shadow Dragon was created, which then escaped to go destroy an entire galaxy. The Shadow Dragon was able to resealed back into the Dragonballs, but the Dragonballs have been corrupted as a result. These Dragonballs are still able to be used, but ... it is a risky process to do so.

It was once attacked by a massive, powerful creature; however, thanks to efforts from the planet's inhabitants and some outside help, the planet was able to be saved. It is known for its odd purple skies and its packed, futuristic cities.
