The capital of Frieza 17 and the headquarters of the Galactic Frost Empire, Frost is a place with frequent snowfall and towering mountains. It is a busy, militaristic place filled with a diverse range of alien species. The Frost Demons are ultimately the ones in charge, and they make sure that everyone else is in line. That doesn't stop the Frost Demons from fighting among themselves though.

The second largest city on Frieza 17, Fuar is much different from Frost in that it is not as military-focused and strict as Frost. Instead, Fuar seems to be the perfect place for easy, enjoyable living on Fuar. Many people come here to relax and wind down, especially those who are a part of the Frost Empire's Army.
